SARMs Legal Status in Switzerland (2025 Guide)
In Switzerland, SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) are regulated as unauthorised medicinal products under the jurisdiction of Swissmedic, the Swiss Agency for Therapeutic Products. SARMs cannot be legally sold, marketed, or possessed for human consumption without appropriate authorisation or prescription.
However, SARMs are not classified as controlled narcotics in Switzerland. It is therefore legal to purchase and sell SARMs for laboratory research purposes only, provided they are labelled as “not for human consumption.”
