In Serbia, SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) are regulated as unauthorised medicinal products by the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of Serbia (ALIMS). It is illegal to market, sell, or possess SARMs for human consumption without appropriate medical authorisation.
SARMs are not classified as controlled substances under Serbian law. However, any sale, possession, or marketing of SARMs for human use is prohibited. SARMs may be legally purchased for laboratory research purposes only if properly labelled “not for human consumption.”
