SARMs Legal Status in Portugal (2025 Guide)
In Portugal, SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) are classified as unauthorised medicinal products under the regulation of Infarmed, the Portuguese National Authority of Medicines and Health Products. It is illegal to sell, market, or possess SARMs for human consumption without proper medical authorisation.
While SARMs are not classified as controlled or narcotic substances in Portugal, any sale for human consumption is prohibited. SARMs can legally be purchased for laboratory research purposes only, provided they are clearly labelled “not for human consumption.”
