SARMs Legal Status in Poland (2025 Guide)
In Poland, SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) are regulated as unauthorised medicinal products by the Polish Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products (URPL). It is illegal to sell, market, or possess SARMs for human consumption without appropriate authorisation.
SARMs are not classified as controlled or narcotic substances in Poland. However, it remains legal to purchase and sell SARMs for laboratory research purposes, provided the products are properly labelled as “not for human consumption.”
