SARMs Legal Status in Kosovo (2025 Guide)
In Kosovo, SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) are regulated as unauthorised medicinal products under the oversight of the Medicines Agency of Kosovo (AKPPM). It is illegal to market, sell, or possess SARMs for human consumption without appropriate medical authorisation.
SARMs are not listed as controlled substances under Kosovo's legislation. However, any product intended for human consumption is regulated under pharmaceutical laws. SARMs may be purchased legally for laboratory research purposes only if properly labelled “not for human consumption.”
