SARMs Legal Status in Hungary (2025 Guide)
In Hungary, SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) are regulated as unauthorised medicinal products under the supervision of the National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition (OGYÉI). Selling, marketing, or possessing SARMs for human consumption is illegal without appropriate medical authorisation.
SARMs are not listed as controlled substances in Hungary, but any use for human enhancement or supplementation is prohibited. SARMs may be purchased legally for laboratory research purposes only if products are clearly labelled “not for human consumption.”
