In Greece, SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) are classified as unauthorised medicinal products under the regulations of the National Organization for Medicines (EOF). It is illegal to market, sell, or possess SARMs for human consumption without medical authorisation or approval.
SARMs are not scheduled as controlled substances in Greece, but any use or sale intended for human consumption is prohibited. However, SARMs may be purchased for laboratory research purposes only when properly labelled “not for human consumption.”
