In Albania, SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) are regulated as unauthorised medicinal products under the jurisdiction of the National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices (AKBPM). It is illegal to market, sell, or possess SARMs for human consumption without appropriate medical authorisation.
